OGGIN Automatic Self-priming Pumps
The PW-D series is specifically engineered for demanding applications, with its core advantage being an efficient gas-liquid separation mechanism. Prior to startup, liquid must be filled into the system. During operation, it automatically vents air and instantly creates negative pressure, enabling continuous liquid suction. It operates stably even under low suction lift conditions, eliminating the need for foot valves or pre-vacuuming steps. This results in simplified operation and system stability, though its efficiency is slightly lower than that of traditional centrifugal pumps.

Advantages of Self-priming Pump
Quick Start-Up - Utilizing self-priming technology, initial operation requires only a single water fill. The unit automatically purges air from pipelines for instant activation.
Flexible Installation - The pump body supports above-liquid-level mounting, greatly simplifying site selection and system planning.
High Adaptability - Capable of handling liquids containing trace gases or volatile components, ensuring sustained, stable operation under complex conditions.
Digital Display - Features an LED screen for real-time, precise pressure readings. Suitable pH Range: 6.5–8.5

Application Fields
1. Water Supply Applications
As a mobile pumping station, it can draw water from surface sources, overcome elevation differences, and achieve large-scale precision irrigation. During rainy seasons, it can rapidly transition to flood drainage equipment. In mining areas, construction sites, and similar locations, it can also draw water from temporary or fixed groundwater sources or storage facilities.
2. Industrial Applications
In industrial settings, self-priming pumps have become deeply integrated into production systems as critical components. Selecting the appropriate pump type is a systematic engineering task requiring comprehensive analysis of medium characteristics, process conditions (temperature, pressure, continuity), safety standards, and total lifecycle costs.
3. Environmental Emergency Response
When handling complex media containing solid particles, fibrous impurities, or high-viscosity sludge, clog-free self-priming pumps (such as vortex-type and single-channel impeller designs) demonstrate exceptional conveyance capabilities.
4. Smart Integration
Self-priming pumps seamlessly integrate with pressure sensors, variable frequency drives, and PLC controllers to build fully automated constant-pressure water supply or fire protection pressure stabilization systems. These systems intelligently regulate pump start/stop cycles and speed based on real-time flow demand.
