OGGIN Boiler Rotor
The rotor of a wall-mounted boiler pump, serving as the core component of the circulation pump, is typically constructed from corrosion-resistant metals or ceramics. Driven by an electric motor, it rotates at high speeds to generate the force required for continuous hot water circulation within the heating system. This ensures efficient heat transfer to all radiators and radiator terminals, acting as a critical element in maintaining stable system operation.

Advantages of Boiler Rotor
High-Efficiency Heat Transfer - Through continuous rotation of the boiler rotor, high-temperature flue gas and cold air are alternately exposed, significantly enhancing heat exchange efficiency and optimizing overall boiler energy performance.
Compact Structure - Featuring a modular lightweight design for easy transportation and installation, improving manufacturing and construction quality.
Wide Compatibility - Adaptable to multiple fuels and combustion modes, flexibly meeting diverse industrial applications across power generation, petrochemicals, and other sectors.
Precision Sealing - Utilizing precise sealing structures and dynamic clearance control, significantly reduces gas leakage, enhances heat transfer efficiency, and effectively lowers operational costs.

Application Fields
1. Core Heating Circulation
As the “heart” of the wall-mounted boiler, the rotor's core function in heating mode is to drive the forced circulation of heated water within the closed heating system. The generated force propels hot water through radiators or underfloor heating pipes to release heat, then returns to the boiler for reheating, creating a continuous and efficient heat transfer cycle.
2. Daily Hot Water Exchange
When a hot water tap is opened, the wall-mounted boiler instantly switches to the corresponding mode. The rotor then directs high-temperature heating water through a plate heat exchanger, where it rapidly and efficiently exchanges heat with flowing tap water. This provides a steady supply of instant hot water for daily needs like washing and bathing, meeting household demands.
3. Maintaining System Balance
The stable operation of the circulation pump rotor delivers critical base head and flow to the entire heating system. This ensures hot water is distributed evenly and sufficiently to all connected radiators. This core hydraulic balancing prevents overheating or underheating in specific rooms, enhancing overall energy efficiency and comfort.
4. Intelligent Freeze Protection
When ambient temperatures drop below critical thresholds, the control system instructs the rotor to operate intermittently at low speed. By maintaining minimal system flow and activating auxiliary heating, freeze protection is achieved without activating the main burner, effectively safeguarding pipes and equipment from freeze damage.
